I have had a few people come to me lately asking me for psychic development classes, only to find out that they want something else that I think I should address here on the blog. I will write more about what psychic development IS going forward so that you guys have a better idea of what working with me would entail. But today I would like to address what psychic development is NOT. Psychic development is NOT witchcraft, magic, Wicca, Voodoo, petitioning gods and goddesses, negotiating deals with spirits, gaining power or influence over others, etc. Psychic development is none of that.
You may have heard that I am a witch. I say so sometimes on my facebook page and I like to borrow witchy memes, etc. In a way, yes I’m a witch. I’m a witch in the way that I love nature, I believe in magic, I know that we can work with energies to manifest desired outcomes and stuff like that. I’m a witch because in certain religious circles people consider me a witch because I can talk to dead people, plants and animals, and because I just naturally know things I shouldn’t know. Instead of defending myself against this label, I simply embrace it. I am whatever you say I am. I don’t give a shit what people think of me. Sorry, not sorry. I know who I am, which happens to be one of the core values of witchcraft. So yeah, I call myself a witch but I don’t identify as a witch in the way that society or even witches identify a witch. By this explanation, I’m also a Buddhist, a Christian, a Hindu and on and on…
I tried out witchcraft the way I tried out Christianity and the way I tried out Buddhism, etc. In numerology, I am considered a life path 7 and I have always lived up to it even before I learned numerology. A life path 7 is a path of spiritual education. In college, I took World Religions as an elective on purpose when most people just took it because it was the only thing left that fit their schedules lol.
I admit that I got involved with a coven. A psychic development teacher in the area halfway convinced me that I was born a witch because I was born psychic, so I gave it a try. It’s understandable because that person is a witch and their religion is how they learned to become psychic. But I’m not Wiccan. Nor do I identify with any of the pagan religions that are associated with witchcraft…or any religion for that matter. The moral of the story is that while some witches are psychic and some psychics are witches, one does not equal the other. If you don’t understand that, you will be disappointed with my classes.
I have strong opinions about religious folks but I won’t bore you with those opinions. However, I really want to make it clear going forward that I do not mentor witches and I have no desire to do so. That is why I don’t advertise classes on the matter. I will be happy to help you develop your intuition and learn how to manage your gifts and abilities. But I’m not going to help you magically turn into a psychic if you don’t already identify as one. I know it seems glamorous but it’s challenging. It takes a lot of time and effort to take chaotic psychic abilities and hone them enough to be useful in everyday life. I have a heart to help people with those challenges. I do not have a heart to help people “become” psychic because they think it’s cool or because they want to be a witch. There are other resources in the area for that kind of thing.
The types of people I look to mentor are those who are naturally gifted empaths and mediums who are struggling to understand their gifts. I teach certain divination methods, like Tarot for instance, but these are simply tools to help hone your intuition. Anyone can learn divination methods but for a true, in-depth reading as a genuine psychic, existing intuition must be developed and strengthened. If you believe you are naturally above average intuitively and you want to know for sure, I can help you. If you know for sure that you have psychic abilities but you just don’t know what to do with this knowledge, I can help you. I teach pure psychic development so you will never have to worry about being indoctrinated into a religion just to have permission to use the abilities you naturally possess.
