Hi everyone! I'd like to give a brief explanation for why I haven't been posting blogs on this site because I'm getting ready to add several at once and it may seem a little strange after all this time. 2017 was an incredibly busy and transformative year for me! My life changed so much and yet some things remain the same. I decided to take on a part time job and I really had no idea what a lengthy process that would be for me! I absolutely cannot do anything for work unless I enjoy it. While I enjoyed each transition and the opportunities that presented to me, I changed jobs on an average of once every 3 months until I found the perfect fit for me. In addition to the job hopping, I also moved and have been getting to know my new grandson who was born in November of 2016 (on my son's birthday <3), along with enjoying his older twin siblings who will be 4 years old this year. There were times when I felt completely overwhelmed but change is like that, right? I set some lofty goals for myself and there were times when I felt like I definitely bit off more than I could chew! But all of that effort is now paying off and I couldn't be happier.
I love what I do as a psychic medium and I was very skeptical about adding another job and what that would mean for me. I was nervous that I'd be sucked back into the rat race of corporate America, which is one of my worst nightmares lol. But, as usual, I came through for myself. In the end, I landed a job where I use my gifts in a different way and I absolutely love it. I work with developmentally disabled people and many of them are non-verbal so my intuition is very useful. This is something I've always wanted to do and the work is extremely rewarding. I will definitely continue providing you all with readings, classes and other psychic services going forward. I just had to add something else that is just as fulfilling in order to round things out in my life. Now that I'm settling into this new role, I will be able to carry out many plans that have been on hold for the last year, including development classes for anyone who is interested.
I think most people who know me or know of me are aware of my Facebook page: Ask Anwyn. However, if you aren't following me there it may seem like I've been entirely inactive since the beginning of 2017 when my last blog was published. I have been posting on Facebook in lieu of creating content for my website. I will continue using Facebook as one of the primary sources of information for my clients and friends. However, I am going to be adding some of my longer posts to this website in the form of blogs for the enjoyment of those who come here and either do not follow me on Facebook or don't use Facebook.
Now that I've got the job thing and the living situation all figured out, 2018 will be a year of restructuring how and when I offer my psychic/medium services. At this time, my plan is to limit my face to face readings to a couple of days per week, offer more phone readings and teach more classes and guided meditations. I'm also pleased and excited to announce that I'll be returning to the Demented Mitten haunted bus tours for their May 18th tour.
